- Information you provide — When you sign up for the Willie Free 5k event, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, sex, and e-mail address).
- Log information — When you access our website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request.
- User communications — When you send e-mail or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to respond to your inquiries or administer the event.
We use the information collected in order to administer the event and provide accurate results. Therefore, upon participating in the Willie Free 5k, your name, sex, and finishing time will be displayed on the website.
Your e-mail address will not be displayed, sold, nor given to other companies. If your e-mail address has been provided to us, we will send out a single reminder e-mail before the event, and an e-mail the following year regarding the next Willie Free 5k.

We restrict access to personal information to Willie Free 5k staff that needs to know that information in order to administer the event.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
